Have you ever received such an invitation like the above example? Or Have you ever sent invitations to others, too?
Invitation functions to request someone's presence in an event such as wedding, birthday party, baby shower, graduation party, farewell party, and others. We can invite others by writing letters, sending cards, telephoning or just inviting them directly when we see them. If we want to invite friends by cards or letters, we should put some important information.
Read the invitation above while reading this important information to be put in an invitation card or letter:
1. Name
We should put the name of the person or institution that throws the party (Star High Class of 2014)
2. Date
We should make sure that the date is set (December 6th)
3. Time
We should include the exact time the party begins (at 6pm until 9pm)
4. Location
We should include the location of the party (The H Hotel, 9 Ann Street, Singapore)
5. Contact
We should include contact information. It can be a phone number, an email address or a website so that the guests can easily contact the party holder if they have questions (StarHigh.com/5yearreunion)
