Contoh Soal Identify a speaker's point of viewThere are several different points of view in a story.

First person - Someone is speaking about themselves. They use words such as “I,” “we,” “me,” or “us” to tell the story.
Second person- The writer uses “you,” “your” or “yours” to tell the story.
Third person- Using “he,” “she,” “it” or “they” to tell the story.

Single major character viewpoint - First, second, or third person may be used here, but the story is told through only one character throughout the story. This character can not have any knowledge of future events and must maintain the story as it happens to them.

Minor character viewpoint - First, second, or third person may be used here, but the story is told by a minor character in the book. This choice isn't too common, but can still be used to a good effect in literature.

Omniscient viewpoint - This view is told by a spirit-like voice. This is not a character in the story; this narrator has information about all characters and events.

Multiple viewpoints - A story that is told by multiple characters from their distinctive viewpoints. There is a main character to tell the story; however, the story may switch between different characters' viewpoints throughout the course of the novel. It's important to note that such a switch should be obvious and not used too often so the reader doesn't become confused.
